      • Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future appointments.

      • Once a service or product is booked or purchased, we are unable to offer refunds.
      • Your satisfaction matters! If something isn’t perfect, we’re happy to provide adjustments, exchanges, or complimentary solutions whenever possible.
